Some basic first aid supplies can make a trip more comfortable for the inevitable aches, cuts, and blisters. I bought a fancy Dyneema first aid pouch but these can fit in any small hip pack.

Benadryl for mild allergic reactions
Electrolyte tablets for dehydration

Syringe to irrigate wounds with water
Trauma
The following supplies are for traumatic injuries that are unlikely to happen in normal life. They're a lot bulkier to carry on every trip, so they go into a separate bag.
Israeli bandage for gunshot and puncture wounds
Clotting pad for excessive bleeding
Chest seal for lung collapse
Tourniquet to staunch bleeding on extremities
CPR mask for resuscitation
Medical scissors to cut away clothing and rings
SAM splint for sprains and broken bones
Cervical collar for neck injuries
EpiPen for severe allergic reactions, if it's available
