Keeping a waxed bicycle chain

I was almost ready to give up on chain-driven bikes and switch to belt-drives when I tried waxing my chain for the first time last year. Once I figured out how to do it, it dramatically improved the cleanliness of my bike. While it’s definitely not suitable for wet weather, I can’t imagine a better upgrade for most bike drivetrains.
